Q. What will my Modelle Heated Towel Rail cost to
run?
This obviously depends on your electricity tariff and how long
you run your towel rail. However in most places in Australia you
would not expect to pay no more than 4 - 8 cents a day for several
hours of operation for an average size rail.
Q. How are Modelle Heated Towel Rails constructed?
All our heated towel rails are made from solid stainless steel
and are not chrome plated.
Q. How do I connect my Mddelle Heated Towel Rail?
There are several ways to connect your Modelle Heated Towel
Rail.
1) All of our rails include a concealed wiring adaptor. This
enables you to connect your towel rail with no visible wires.
2) All of our rails can be fitted with a plug and simply be
plugged into a power point.
3) Using our 24 hour timer you can set up your towel rail so
that you never have to switch it on and off again.
Q. Will my towel rail heat my bathroom?
A. Modelle Heated Towel rails are not designed to be room
heaters. We recommend Hotwire Under Tile Heating for your Bathroom
heating requirements.
Q. Can I install my electric towel rail over my bath or
inside my shower?
A. No

Q. Can I put my Modelle Heated Towel on a
timer?
A. We recommend our 24 hour timer. You can purchase this from
the same retailer as your towel rail. The 24 hour timer will simply
turn the towel rail on and off at the designated time each day.
Q. How do I install my Modelle Heated Towel Rail?
Installation instructions are included in the package. You will
need to get an Electrician to complete the installation for you.
